Join us for the opening of Interfaith Week 2026 and the beginning of a week celebrating friendship, understanding, peace and cooperation across Lincoln. This welcoming afternoon will bring together people of different faiths, beliefs, cultures and backgrounds as we launch this year’s theme, “Lighting the Way for a Shared Future.” There will be lantern-making activities for all ages, offering a creative way for children, families and adults to take part and reflect on how each of us can help bring light, hope and understanding to our community. Everyone is welcome. Come along, meet new people and help us begin Interfaith Week together.
