You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Interfaith Conference, hosted by The Centre for Reconciliation. This year’s theme, “Together in Interfaith Service: Faith and Civic Leaders Advancing Inclusive Communities,” highlights the importance of collaboration, shared values, and relationship-building across diverse faiths and worldviews. The afternoon will begin with a light buffet lunch and an opportunity to meet other attendees and community partners. The AGM will include key organisational updates, followed by a special recognition segment honouring volunteers who have made significant contributions to interfaith engagement, community service, and peacebuilding. Certificates will be presented in appreciation of their commitment and impact. Our keynote speaker will be Stuart Diamond, former Chief Executive of Mitzvah Day and a respected national leader in interfaith engagement and community cohesion. Stuart will speak on how shared action, meaningful dialogue, and strong partnerships can help create more inclusive and resilient communities. A short Q&A session, chaired by Professor Julian Stern, will follow the keynote address. The event will conclude with refreshments and further time for conversation and connection. This gathering is open to faith and civic leaders, volunteers, community organisations, partner agencies, students, and anyone interested in advancing interfaith cooperation and reconciliation locally and nationally. Refreshments provided. All are welcome.
