Subash was born in India and has degrees in Theology and Interfaith Relations. He has over two decades of experience of humanitarian work in the UK and India and has worked in the Chaplaincy filed for 10 years.

Atma brings strong experience in leadership, project management, and programme coordination within community-focused organisations. With a Master’s degree in Theology, her work supports wellbeing, ecological awareness, and community resilience. She is known for her relational approach, adaptability, and commitment to reconciliation, integrity, and inclusive service, grounded in a contemplative Christian faith.
Deputy Director
Ruth grew up in Cumbria and Carlisle and, after completing her A Levels, spent a gap year volunteering at the Henry Martyn Institute in Hyderabad, where she developed a lasting love for India. She went on to complete an MA in Religious Studies at the University of Edinburgh, including a year in India studying interfaith relations, Islam, and Urdu. After graduating, Ruth worked as a teaching assistant in Carlisle and Croydon, developing a passion for supporting children with special educational needs. She joined TCfR as Development Officer in November 2020 and became Deputy Director in summer 2023, with a varied role supporting organisational leadership and fundraising.
