The Wheels For Life scheme is Lincolnshire’s first bike donation initiative, where donated bikes will be refurbished by qualified volunteer bike mechanics, to then be distributed to those who are most in need.  Not only will you receive are furbished bike, but you will also receive helmet, lights, and bike lock. 

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR WHEELS FOR LIFE?

If you are 16 years old and meet one or more of the criteria below you may be eligible to access this scheme:·      

  • I’m in transport poverty.
  • I’m ethnically diverse.
  • I’m on universal credit.
  • I’m unemployed.
  • I’m a refugee. 


WHERE IS MY NEAREST BIKE HUB TO ME?

There are 6 cycle hubs around Lincolnshire where you will be able to collect a bike.  These are at the following locations:·      

  • Grantham
  • Holbeach (Boxes for hope)
  • Holbeach (Tonic Health)
  • Lincoln
  • Louth
  • North Hykeham
