An Eid celebration held on Saturday 28th March, at Sudbrooke Village Hall brought together people of all ages for a joyful and vibrant evening filled with warmth, laughter, and community spirit.

The event was organised by the Lincoln Muslim Sisters Forum (some of their members are also members of the Lincolnshire Faith Council). Their energy and passion for community engagement were reflected throughout the evening, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who attended.

The celebration attracted a large and diverse crowd, including men, women, and children. Young attendees especially enjoyed the inflatable decorations, balloons, and activities, with laughter and excitement filling the hall.

Guests were treated to a delicious Middle Eastern buffet, with a wide variety of sweet and savoury dishes that were enjoyed by all. The venue was beautifully decorated, adding to the festive and joyful atmosphere of the event.

Henna art was also available, offering a traditional and cultural experience that was popular with attendees.

Overall, the event was very welcoming and well attended, bringing the community together in celebration. It was a wonderful evening that truly captured the spirit of Eid.Thank you again for organising such a lovely event.
