Description

The Centre for Reconciliation (TCfR) is seeking a dedicated and well-organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
This is a part-time position (12 hours per week) with a flexible hybrid working pattern — typically two half-days per week in our Lincoln office and the remainder worked flexibly from home.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful community and interfaith work across Lincoln and Greater Lincolnshire.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:
  • Qualification in office administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or faith-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diary and scheduling support for the Executive Director.
  • Organise meetings, events, and maintain the TCfR calendar.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes for meetings.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Liaise with staff, board members, and partner organisations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, filing, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work.
  • Support TCfR’s mission and values in all activities.
