Guru Har Krishan was the 8th of the 10 Sikh Gurus. At the age of 5, he became the youngest Guru, on 7 Oct 1661. He contracted smallpox in 1664 & died before reaching his 8th birthday. It is said that he died because he contracted smallpox while successfully curing his followers.
